Any questions you have, that are not answered in our FAQs feel free to Contact us and we will endeavor to answer these within 48 hours (2 working days).
STEP ONE: Choose the city and program you wish to volunteer in as well as the dates you will be volunteering. Ask for our application forms and fill it out and submit it by email. You will then receive an email confirming we have received your booking.

STEP TWO: Within 48 hours (2 working days) you will receive an email acknowledging your booking and confirming the city, program and dates you are volunteering for. In this email you will receive more information about your chosen programme, After you send our volunteers application and we have organised a placement for you, We will need you to make a money transfer in order to cover our application fee is $50 US dollar and should be paid as soon as you are sure you'd like to join to secure your placement. The rest of money that covers the volunteer fee needs to be paid right after your arrival to Huancayo. If for any reason you need to cancel the application fee is non-refundable because we have to make financial commitments on your behalf before you arrive. The volunteer cost depends on your length of stay.

STEP THREE:
Once your refundable registration fee has been deposited into our bank account you will be allocated an PeruForYou staff coordinator to be your volunteer travel consultant. This staff coordinator will be your point of contact from this day forward (until you finish your volunteer program). They are there to answer any questions you may have and to help you prepare for your volunteering experience. They will send you an Information booklet detailing everything you need to know about your impending volunteer placement relevant to your specific city and programme and fulfill all remaining administration duties with you such as:
-Organizing your airport pick-up with a member of our organization.(optional)
-Letting you know when you need to pay the balance of your program fee by (generally one month before the start of your program).
-Providing constant 24/7 support through personal assistant or phone and email communication from the moment you pay your registration fee to the day you finish your volunteer placement.
